Low mobility and morphology

I’m looking for some success stories on how people increased mobility and morphology.

My husband just got his SA back and this shows 0% normal forms and only 12% mobility. Has anyone had similar and improved their situation?

Hi - my partner had similar results. We put him on Impryl for 3 months and he saw massive improvements. He also cut caffeine to one cup a day, no alcohol and a Mediterranean diet. Morph went to 3% and motility was 25% progressive. We had ICSI and fell pregnant first cycle (also had low egg numbers). Good luck! ☺️☺️

@HopefulllHolly I’ve been reading about Impryl and wondered whether it was worth the cost! Do you think that really helped?

also congratulations! Is this your first?

@Roseberry22 Yeah it definitely did help. The other lifestyle things we had changed well before and he had another semen test and the results weren’t different. So it must have been the Impryl I think.
Thank you - yeah first baby. TTC for over 6 years 🥹

@HopefulllHolly if you don’t mind me asking was your partners morphology near 0% before going up to 3%?

That’s amazing, even bigger congratulations! We’ve been trying just over a year now and just starting fertility tests, hopefully it gives us time to work on his results and well get our little miracle soon x

@Roseberry22 Yeah it was 0% on 2 tests 3 months apart. But that doesn’t mean there are none that are still ok, it’s just less than the measurement for 1%. We had ICSI so they selected the best swimmers and thankfully it worked. Make sure you’re both on all the good supplements and vitamins for 3 months and definitely get him to reduce drinking and caffeine. I basically force fed my partner salmon and avocado for 4 months 🤣🤣

(Only had 2 eggs that were retrieved too, so it’s a bit of a miracle!)

@HopefulllHolly sorry to ask you another question, did your partner take any other vitamins alongside Impryl? We’ve just got our first order through and not sure if he should still carry on with anything else!

@Roseberry22 Yeah he did but not sure whether he needed them! The only one the doctor mentioned was the vitamin D. He did CoQ10 300mg, cod liver oil, vitamin D and zinc. ☺️

Hey. My partner had 1% morphology. We had been TTC for 6 months and because he was 40 he went for a test and these were the results we got. We were told because of age we might have to start thinking about IVF.

We made some changes to his every day life including a whole load of vitamins, only decaf tea and coffee, healthier meals (we weren’t unhealthy as such but just tried to improve our dinners), and more exercise. I even bought him new much looser underwear!

3 months later just before his next appointment for analysis we found out I was pregnant and we now have a healthy 3 month old baby girl.

I have no idea if any of this helped but this was our experience. I thought I’d reply as I used to spend hours on here looking for tips to improve results. Good luck! Xx

@Leigh2494 thank you for commenting it’s really helpful to hear success stories and for improving results, it gives us all hope!

Do you mind sharing what vitamins he took if you can remember?

No worries at all.

Just had a look back at my order email and it was Vitamin E, Selenium, Vitamin D and Zinc. I’ll be honest it was just a cocktail of vits from hours of my own Google searches!
