HyCoSy - who had same cycle sex and who didn't?

Hello All,

I'm after a show of hands...ish.

Current clinic doctor has said not to have sex after the HyCoSy (as effects on an embryo forming after are untested, so has said this to err on the side of caution rather than concrete evidence).

I've found some other clinics and NHS guidance that say you can TTC same month as usual (but I have no idea if they're using different dyes or what).

What were you advised, please?

I wasn’t told not to TTC after the hycosy, in fact I’m pretty sure I was told that I had a higher chance of conceiving in the 3 months after the procedure, but I didn’t conceive so not sure how helpful my answer is!

We did on the same cycle, we weren't told otherwise, our first two cycles were unsuccessful though, and still trying.
