I am feeling so down today. Earlier this week I had a random scan on CD 24 as part of work up for starting IVF in a couple of months. The doctor saw a big follicle and said I had probably not yet ovulated and would likely ovulate that day or day after. I have PCOS and cycles have been quite irregular recently so I just thought I ovulated late and we DTD regularly. Also have male factor.
Anyway today is CD 28 and I've started spotting red blood so I think AF must be arriving soon.
I don't understand as she was certain I hadn't ovulated yet a few days ago and now I think period is arriving ☹️
Does this mean I have a super short luteal phase? (4 days?!) As well as PCOS and male factor. It just feels awful that nothing seems to be working correctly.
