Hi,

Are there any ladies/couples who have used GRI? How has your experience been with them?

I have been waiting since January, but hoping it won’t be much longer! My history is pretty rubbish, one of losses and hyper stimulation at my previous clinic. My last place was rather dismissive and callous at times, I am excited and petrified for somewhere new!

Any insight would be super helpful!

Thank you ❤️

I find them ok but the communication sometimes isn’t great

I will take that! My last place poor and the communication was abysmal. How have you found the waiting lists? I saw something about waiting 6 months for a catch up with the consultant and then a 9-12 months waiting time for the actual treatment to commence??

It depends, because I’m already on treatment but my treatment hasn’t been a straight road and there has been some losses in between.

I do know that it’s about 5 months if you want an actual appointment to see someone face
to face though.

Thanks. I am sorry your treatment hasn’t been straight forward. I am due to move mid treatment elsewhere and will need to move embryos. I hope that it doesn’t mean we have to wait five months. If they don’t want/need to see me F2F, I am happy for it to be over the phone. Of course, when it comes to scans etc, that will be what it’ll be.

Where are you at with treatment now, if you don’t mind me asking?

It’ll all depend on whether they really want you to see someone or not. If they’re happy to start you on meds right away and just get booked in, then it depends what protocol you are on. I imagine they will get in touch with you once they’ve had an MDT about when to get you started etc. I don’t have any experience with moving clinics, so I can’t help with any of that, sorry
