Any advice or opinions?! Ttc#2

So I had a CP last month, second one this year and third miscarriage, I had 3 negative tests after my CP. My bleeding finish on the 10th on fhe 21st I was meaning to do a ovulation test but accidently did a pregnancy test and was met with a positive line I spoke to EPU and they booked me in for a scan, this didn't show much but did show a thickened lining and what they thought was a potential early sac (just a white spot) but not confident enough to report this, they felt my tubes looked clear. They did bloods that day and since I have had 2 more hcgs results below

21st- 29
23rd- 42
25th-48

When I got the 48 I was convinced that was it and I will miscarry, the plan from EPU is to get me back in on Monday for bloods and scan

Now I know realistically this is probably going to end in miscarriage, I currently have no pain or bleeding but know this is what will come
Just wondering if anyone has any advice or personal experience? I reel lost and heartbroken, I've uploaded pictures of my line progression which was so good, this has just caught me off guard

We have a DS who is 3 and we concieved so easy, this year has been a rolarcoaster we weren't expecting when TTC#2

My tests started getting lighter on Friday so I know I'm heading for a miscarriage, again. I'm at epu in the morning for a scan and bloods to check it's not a ectopic which I don't think ir is

Its just rubbish, going to have this month off and get some tests done privately to see if we can get any answers, though I'm realistic we might not
