Antibiotics and sperm quality

Hi , my partner has just taken a 5 day course of amoxicillin for an infection.

we are due to start ivf soon and are really worried the antibiotics may have affected his sperm quality.

has anyone got any insight on this.

I'm not sure about the antibiotics but i do know that a raised body temperature can impact sperm so depending what the infection was if it increased his body temperature then it may make a difference to his sample.
