How bad are my partners sperm analysis results? Going out my mind

Awaiting to see the fertility, is it going to be possible to get pregnant without ivf? So upset

Hi there,
Firstly, it's not impossible with these results but it may take longer. The sperm count is a little low, as anything under 39 million is considered low. And ideal morphology range is 4% plus.
We read the book, it starts with the egg and husband cut out red meat, alcohol, caffein, he's lost weight and taking several supplements. His results improved, but not enough so we're seeing a specialist before I have ivf consultation.
We've been told it could happen, but could takes years and I'm 35 so we don't have years, and I'm impatient .

My husbands morphology was 0.5% which has risen to 2.5%
