Can’t remember if i took fertility drugs this morning two week wait

Please can someone reassure me. I am day 1 of a 2ww in panic because I can’t remember if I took my estrogen tablet or progesterone pessaries this morning.

was a huge rush with my daughter and partner and absolutely freaking out. Took another pessary about 30 mins ago and have called clinic not heard back.

next estrogen tablet due lunchtime.

freaking out - last embryo after a stillbirth. So much pressure not to mess up.

please help.

Hi @jezza1234 sorry I can't be too much help as I haven't got to this stage yet. Is there any way you could work out from how many oestrogen tablets you have left if you took it this morning? I'm sure if you take the next one at lunch, and now you've taken another pessary, even if you did skip them this morning it won't have a massive impact on anything. You will probably hear back from the clinic soon too.

I know it's easier said than done but try not to panic. Be kind to yourself, you've had a lot going on and you are only human. These things happen. X

Thanks - spoke to the clinic and they were very reassuring. Most important thing is to not stress so much I think!
