Advise for FET

Evening all

I was wondering if anyone had any advise on the week prior at 2ww of a FET
How manybwith success stories had the 2 day rest after transfer and how many were more active i.e walks gym etc?,

With both my transfers, I didn’t exercise on the day of but went about my normal routine and walked the dog etc. had acupuncture the day of transfer as well. after that I continued to exercise just toned it down with no high impact or running. I got pregnant with both transfers, one resulted in DS the other unfortunately ended in miscarriage. I don’t think there is any evidence to show that that resting results in better outcomes, actually think it’s better to move a bit, but naturally I just felt like taking it easy. You just need to do what feels right for you Id say

@Rosie86947 thank you for replying. Oh okay so you went for walks on the day of the transfer? I was just thinking of taking a walk on day of and after because being outside helps clear my mind and I find it peaceful but then I read so much conflicting information online and I get scared that il do something wrong

I think if it helps you feel peaceful and de stress then 100% go for walks. This won’t have a negative impact on the outcome so I don’t think you need to worry at all.
