Hello everyone!

First of all, what are the lifestyle changes you did to improve fertility? Are there any medications or supplements that can help?

I'm actually asking to for a friend who's been trying to conceive for about a year now. She is also considering fertility treatments, such as IVF as an option.

Have anyone here heard of Fertility First clinic in Sydney? I've read great reviews online and they have pretty good success rates.

It would be great to hear your experiences or any suggestions. Thanks in advance!

I'm not in Sydney but Fertility First is a bulk bill IVF clinic which means is super cheap. However, that's the service you get, completely generic. Although,if this is her first time, is good to try bulk bill for 2 cycles only. If it doesn't work, I'd go for a medium or high range clinic.

I've tried bulk billing in another state and it's good to start but if not successful soon, they are useless to give you answers. I had better results with a medium range clinic ($11 K per cycle), there are others more expensive though.

She doesn't have to jump straight into IVF though, there are other treatments she could try but needs to see a Fertility Specialist.

Hey Olivie12

Thanks heaps for sharing your experience. This is very helpful! It's great to know about Fertility First and the bulk billing option, especially for starting out. We'll definitely check that out as well as other fertility clinic options. And yeah, she'll be seeing a fertility specialist soon.
