12 months TTC and declining AMH

Hi all,

just wanted some advice and to speak to people out side my family and possibly been through something similar.

My husband and I have been TTC for over a year currently in the TWW and already feeling disheartened.

I had fertility tests in December - everything was normal for both DH and I, the only thing they picked out was my AMH (11pmol). I am 35, so this freaked me out a bit, but thought let me try for the full year before making a decision regarding fertility such as IVF.

I was tested again by NHS as we reached the 12 month mark. My AMH dropped to 8.8pmol. This is in the space of 4 months. The doctor doing my scan saw 10 follicles, drop from 15 in December. This time however I was told my right ovary is high and difficult to reach for IVF.

Now just to add I am a vaper, former smoker (feel soo awful that I have ruined my fertility with this) have completely stopped now. I recently found out vaping can impact implantation. Wondering if I should wait and try a bit longer or go straight to IVF.

Anyone with similar issues?
