Frozen transfer May 2024

Just started progynova and feeling floored. Anyone else in the same boat? I'm on 6mg a day, scan booked for next Monday with the hope of frozen transfer w/c 20th.

I had my transfer today and had a burrito afterwards! I had an itsu after the last one and it worked so I figure a tasty meal is a good idea haha! I’ve got lots of fish and veggies in my online shop - which is what I normally eat tbf - but I’ve also got some Skittles and some chocolate. Everything in moderation, right?

I had my scan today and all good for next week. They are aiming for Wednesday!
Haha yes moderation is the key!

@Ohwow2022 I’ll try to get as close to test date as possible. Last time I managed two days before official test day I think so I’ll aim for that at least. I prefer to have something reasonably concrete as I think of you test earlier you just end up dithering and stressing and either way you can’t really trust the result. But that’s just my approach!

@Rainbowsunshine81 i also had nk cell issues but have opted for steroids and and a cavity infusion before transfer.

@Wonderwalter my consultant didn't mention steroids, just the intraplids infusion which I'm really hoping will help.

@TorrentialHighSeas yes I think I'll try too. First time around I lasted to test date and 2nd time I did one at 4days like a spud! But then at 6 days I did another and got a +ve but we had a MMC at 8 weeks.
Fingers crossed for us all!! I'm confirmed for transfer tomorrow week. Working quite a bit this week to take time next week to chill 😎
But tbh it's the test week I'd prob need work or something to occupy me.

Are any of you ladies plus size, and worried about that? I've put on weight over the years and worry that'll impact but I'll hardly ose 14 stone in a day loop

@Rainbowsunshine81 I still have the choice to also take the intralipids infusion and I may ask some more questions to my consultant. Was there something that made the decision for you? And when/how often do you have them?

@Wonderwalter I think based on the nk cell blood test, CD3 came back at something like 91.7 which is above what it should be, so I think based on that, and my history of miscarriage my consultant thought that would be the way forward. I had the first infusion on the 10th of May, if I get a positive pregnancy test then I think I'll have them at four weekly intervals until 12 weeks by then the placenta is fully developed.

@Wonderwalter those results I had put you at risk of miscarriage aswell that I got.

@TorrentialHighSeas how are you going? My transfer is this Wednesday! Taking a few days off work to chill out but think I'll need a day or so the other side when gets closer to test day. Did you take any time off?

Aw good luck! Ride the emotions as hard as that can be. It'll change on minute to the next.

Anyones dreams mad on the meds? I'm on progynova 6mg and cycloyest 3x400mg.
Been on the latter only from Fri. And tablets for 2 weeks.

@Wonderwalter I'm really hoping these intraplids work. Came back from Cyprus early hours, had my transfer on Friday and do a test on the 29th. I'm not too bad, apart from this annoying cough. Hope you're OK.

Hi all! Sorry for being AWOL, works been ridiculously busy, and a poorly boy at home has not been the best combo!

My transfer is booked for Thursday, started the progesterone pessaries last night, and adding in a lubion injection once every 3 days.

I’m a little worried that my lining won’t be thick enough (even on the 12mg a day!), nurse got several measurements over 7mm but I’ve read that 8mm or higher is ideal. Trying everything I can, lots of vitamin e and pomegranate juice, even just for the placebo effect!

Ahhh it's so exciting! But petrifying at the same time. I read about beetroot juice somewhere like no idea if it works but sure something new.

@RubyLemonade I read wearing socks at night to keep your feet warm and also a warm hot water bottle on your tummy is supposed to help with the lining. Xx

@Ohwow2022 going okay I think. Feeling quite queasy and so tired. Going to test on Friday ahead of my official test date! I took a day off after the transfer which I’m glad I did as I wanted some more time to myself. My test date runs into some holiday I’ve booked off so am glad that I’ll have some time to deal with the news whatever it is.
