Cyclogest pessaries / progesterone timing

Hi there! I had my frozen embryo transfer today so my 2ww has just begun. For the past five days, progesterone-wise I’ve been on 3 x 400mg cyclogest - one pessary at 10am, the next pessary at 4pm and the night time pessary at 10pm - as well as one lubion injection at 7pm daily. My progesterone bloods (taken yesterday) came back as 50 which my consultant was happy with but he said I can bring my first two cyclogest forward to take earlier in the day to spread them out a little more. I wanted him to be specific but he said to just spread them out at times which suit me! Having had two previous failed transfers (one fresh ending very sadly in miscarriage and one frozen BFN), I really want to get it right so was hoping for more specific instruction. For my last attempt, cyclogest pessaries were timed at 6am, 2pm and 10pm. What times of day are others taking cyclogest or if you’ve had a successful IVF cycle then how did you time your progesterone across a day? Thanks in advance 🤞

I'm in the middle of my FET and my clinic told me to take the cyclogest at 8am, 2pm and 8pm.

Thank you for your reply, @lemons44. That’s quite similar to the first lot of pessary timing the clinic gave me although it’s such a long time between the evening and morning one isn’t it? I worry it should be more evenly spread over 24 hours. Not that worrying will help! I hope the rest of your 2ww goes well and leads to a positive outcome for you 🤞
