FET 2ww tips - diet etc?

Hi! I am due to have my first frozen embryo transfer on Monday. It's a medicated FET of our one and only frozen embryo. I eat healthily with no caffeine, no alcohol and very limited sugar. However I'm wondering whether there's anything else I should be doing / eating / avoiding in the post-transfer 2ww? Particularly anyone who's had a successful FET - what was your 2ww diet like? Or any other tips you can share. I'd be very grateful so thanks in advance!

It really doesn't make any difference at all, so just relax and go with what you feel like having. It's very much down to the embryo, there isn't anything that can positively affect the outcome. Best of luck.

Thank you @SErunner and @beachbum85 for your helpful replies. The rational part of me knows that whether or not Monday’s transfer works probably is down to the embryo. In a way, perhaps that’s quite a freeing thought but I’d also love to be able to do / eat / control 🤣 some element. If only it was that simple, right?! But yes warm feet and pineapple core seem to be recurring tips! The research into beetroot, watermelon and ginger juice is interesting, @beachbum85. Thank you for sharing that link. Did you make that juice yourself from scratch? I notice beetroot and ginger juices both tend to be paired with apple juice but I guess that can’t hurt. Thank you both for your responses and good wishes.

@Notes85 I don't think extra ingredients would hurt, but I just made the juice myself by blending those 3 ingredients together. Not my favourite thing to drink, but I managed... I also like the sense of control that managing my diet and lifestyle gives me, but I'm very much aware that it's just an illusion and we have absolutely no control over what happens after transfer. Keeping my fingers crossed for you 🤞🏼
