Questions to ask at first infertility appointment?

Hello lovely mumsnetter's!

My husband and I have had our first appointment through for the fertility specialists, and I want to be as prepared as possible - so are there any recommendations for key questions I should be asking at our first appointment?

For background we currently have undiagnosed infertility - both our tests thus far have been clear and all within normal ranges. We did manage to conceive in 2022 but unfortunately lost our first baby at 10 weeks and we've been trying for our rainbow ever since unsuccessfully.

It will be an NHS referral appointment, I've managed to google a few questions, but any help from people who've actually been through the process would be fantastic.
