FET CD 16?

Hi All! My medicated FET has just been booked in for cycle day 16. Now I’m looking at the notes from my last FETs, that’s 4 days earlier than I’ve ever had a FET before. Has anyone else ever had a medicated FET as early as CD 16? I’ve been on oestrogen since CD 1 and my lining was just over 9mm on my CD 10 scan. I’m starting progesterone straight away so I will have five days of progesterone before the FET but, still, I can’t help but worry about what feels like a much earlier than usual FET date. Any shared advice / experiences would be really appreciated! Thank you.

As it's medicated, it's a fully controlled cycle so it is when you start your progesterone that sets the timeframe for the transfer. I'd presume they're going for it now because your lining is so thick. From recollection mine were probably similar timed. Good luck!

Thank you for your helpful reply @SErunner. I appreciate your reassurance. I wasn’t sure whether I’d benefit from more days of oestrogen support for hormonal reasons and / or thicker lining. Do you think 9.2mm 5-6 days before frozen transfer is a good thickness? I do obviously trust my clinic! It’s just hard not to worry after previous failed cycles / miscarriages. Thank you x

It's such a worrying time. Anything more than 7mm is good for transfer so you're well above that. I'm sure your clinic are making the right decisions but understand the anxiety. I'm sure you could call them if you want a bit more reassurance? I always found my clinic very helpful in this regard.
