Opk and bbt not matching

Frist time tracking my bbt properly and consistently. Alongside opk. I have seen a pattern on bbt, I started off 36.00
Then 36.4, then today 36.07, i know i have to have 3 days rise at the moment i have 2. The confusion happened when i took opk today, is very dark, darker than the control line, opk being so dark means i am about to ovulate, but my bbt has already raising, meaning i ovulated already even if it stays rised it means i already ovulated on the lowest temperature day? So why is my opk not matching? Or am I reading BBT wrong??

How long have you measured your BBT for? You need more than 3 temperatures to demonstrate whether you ovulate or not. When I ovulated my temps went up to almost 37 degrees so I’d say you haven’t ovulated yet personally. Your BBT should also jump by 0.7 degrees when you ovulate and stay high for at least 3 days, which yours hasn’t done by the numbers you’ve provided.

Also a side note but you’d be better posting this on the trying for a baby board. This board is mainly for IVF or people suffering through infertility. You’ll get more answers from people on the correct board.
