Gonal-F for Ovulation Induction

Has anyone used Gonal-F for OI and TI/IUI? Secondary infertility after trying for over two years. Good ovulation on Letrozole but sadly no pregnancy. Have just started 50 iu of Gonal-F today and wondering if anyone has had success using it for ovulation induction with lean PCOS? X

Hey. We tried 4 rounds of IUI with letrozole and gonal-f (no fertility issues, just needed a sperm donor) and all were BFNs, and we moved on to IVF. I know others have had success with IUI though and its definitely worth trying if you've conceived naturally before. Best of luck

@Hollielouise hello. Just found your post. Started my injections last night for ovulation induction after Letrozole didn't agree with me. Also secondary infertility. I wondered how you're getting on? My dose is only 37.5 not 50
