Progesterone levels on transfer day

Hi all. I had my 2nd FET today and just got the call to say my progesterone levels are in the 30s, so lower than they would like (over 50). I'm already taking x3 cyclogest and x1 lubion so they've asked me to add in another lubion each day. So confusing as my protocol was exactly the same with my first FET and progesterone levels were near 70 then!

Anyone have success with an FET with low progesterone on day of transfer?!?

Hi @Lozzy000
I have just had exactly the same thing happen!
I had my 3rd fet on 9th April (taking 3x cyclogest) + was told the next day that my levels were low (36.2nmol/ - they like it to be 50nmol/)) so they would like to add Lubion once per day. The cocked up the meds order so my lubion didn't arrive until 3 dyas post fet which I feel is too late + have now convinced myself this sround hasn't worked. I had low Progesterone for my 2nd which failed so I don't underatand why they didn't ensure it was optimum before going ahead with the transfer. I am livid!

I had my bloods done on Monday + porgesterone is now showing 111nmol/l which they say is reassuring but it needed to be optimal ahead of the transfer. Not due to test until 20th May but not holding up much hope a sI have zero symptoms :(

I can't comment on whether it has been successful yet but wanted to reach out to you :) I hope yours was successful!
