IVF and teaching

Hi all,
Any fellow secondary teachers who have gone through IVF and worked in a secondary school? Any advice or tips? I’m due to start in May and my work environment is very stressful.

If its really stressful go off your work. Not worth wasting a chance if work is stressful snd presumably coming into a really busy time with exams etc

Can you be honest with your senior leadership team? I know that can add stress too as its hard enough going through IVF without a lot knowing but they may be able to take some of the work off your shoulders.
