Running before FET

I'm due to go for a FET end of May. I'll be starting meds in a couple of weeks.

I used to run 5 days a week long distance but gave that up before I had my DD ( also IVF) as I was told not to get my heartrate up.

I'm really enjoying my exercise at the moment, I've still got about 10kg to loose post this baby and my running is nowhere near as fast or intense as it was, however I'm wondering if I can keep going or should I stop?

Any experience?

Hi @Conundrum12345, hope you are doing well. I was training for a marathon before our second FET last year. My doctor was happy for me to continue provided my period was regular and I was listening to my body. Having said that I’m taking things much easier now, and only went for easy short runs in the lead up to our current FET, which has been successful!

I think you should be fine to continue running but perhaps reduce the intensity or duration a little depending on how you are feeling. Good luck with your cycle!
