Chicago bloods & Emma Alice era

Hi all,
Weve been trying to conceive for 2.5 years. Have had 3 failed iuis, one natural chemical pregnancy, one failed ivf and one “successful” Ivf that ended in miscarriage.

Thinking about the next round my doc has suggested doing the Chicago bloods panel and Emma Alice era. These are crazy expensive - prob about €2500. I just can’t decide what to do. I don’t want to be foolish going into another round with no chance but I don’t know what to think about these further tests. I think I could do the bloods whenever but for the Emma Alice id need to be medicated and not ttc that month which kills me as I already can’t try this month and last month because of miscarriage.

Can anyone share any insight, experience etc they have? I feel so confused, overwhelmed and sad.

Oh also has pre-emptively taken meds or a probiotic or anything instead of the tests? 😬
