Hi just got my results for NK Cells and T Helper cells and wondering if anybody is in the same boat and wants to discuss (it's so confusing!).

My doctor says I have elevated NK cells in terms of fertility as my blood test shows 33%.

My 'TH1/TH2 intracellular cytokine ratio' is also above range.

I understand the NK cells but a bit confused about the ratio test. Anybody ever had this test and can shed some insight?

Have you had any fertility issues or why would you test for them?

People who test for them is usually for repeated implantation failure or recurrent miscarriages. In my understanding, with T cells your immune system is too strong that it won't allow the embryo to either implant or grow and cause MC'S.

My NK cells are not bad on the blood but the uterine are high so the same medicine helps to treat both conditions.

However,if you ask to an IVF specialist they may say that women with high NK cells have no fertility issues.
