How much weight gain on stims ?

Hi all
clinic are suggesting 10-20lb is typical

trying to loose a bit more as they are very strict and I must be under on surgery day or they will cancel on the day - they have assured me of this

just wondering how much buffer I need , I’m hoping 10lb wiggle room is enough

any ideas would be great as it’s causing a lot of extra stress . Thanks in advance

I never gained any. Just be mindful of what you're eating and keep active. Good luck.

Been dieting for a year just really don’t want to loose my money or get cancelled on the day
hopefully can continue loosing on stims
thank you

Well done you. Keep at it and try not to worry. Being on stims doesn't mean you have to gain weight, you've got this :)

The pressure is real , loosing so much money if it’s cancelled on surgery day is just making it even more stressful

they said expect to gain at least a stone

gonna keep at it whilst I’m paused and hopefully can get a bit more wiggle room

@Rebekah77 I'm naturally petite but I put on over a stone on 2 rounds of stims.

I found walking helped, I bought a step tracker watch ( not an expensive one) and gave myself goals started with 4009 steps then increased to the recommended amount of 10,000 over time. It really helped and with healthy eating I got all but 3lb off x

Thank you
hopefully can stay under limit
would just be beside myself if cancelled on surgery day
