i had ectopic pregnancy surgery 6 days ago after our last round of iui. Thought it had failed (period like bleed when I was due) and then suddenly discovered I was pregnant by chance but unfortunately it ended in ectopic pregnancy and the loss of my right tube.
for anyone who has been through this I’ve just started having period type cramps especially on the right side where my tube was. I’m also bleeding (not alarmingly) but with clots like a normal period. Is this all pretty normal/expected after surgery? I’m a bag of nerves all the time since the surgery so I’m just after some reassurance. Im especially concerned with the cramps seeing as it’s been nearly a week now since surgery I’d have thought I’d cramp right away
