38f, TTC almost 1.5 years with no BFP to-date. Started experiencing pelvic pain a few months ago so gynae sent me for an MRI, the results came back with a tethered left ovary (suspected endo) and a thickness of the junctional zone measuring up to 1cm, consistent with adenomyosis.
Gynae agreed the right path now is IVF given my age and AMH, and back to her for lap if unsuccessful.
I'm feeling totally deflated and a bit heartbroken about my chances after these diagnoses :-(
Have anyone else successfully conceived either naturally or via IVF with these conditions?
