Hello everyone.

I'm currently 9dp5dt and this morning I woke up to some spotting. Assumed I was getting my period but wanted to take a pregnancy test to make sure and there's a very very faint line.

This was a fresh transfer from my first round of IVF, so do we think it could be left over from the trigger? I'd have thought at 9 days after transfer if it had worked the line would be much darker by now.

I think the trigger should be out of your system by now! Mine was gone 4dp5dt and then we waited to test again until 7dp5dt (which was 14 days post trigger) and that’s when we got our first posi. Then tested every day until 12dp5dt, keep testing girl, the line should get stronger 🤞🤞

Thank you for giving me hope! I've bought a clear blue to take in the morning, hoping it will give me a stronger line than the cheap ones from Amazon!

I used those cheapy ones too, you should still see a line getting stronger each day! You may already be aware, but don’t read results on the clear blue beyond the time it says, I previously fell down the hole of willing it to be positive but they’re actually well known for evap lines (this was on past IUI cycles that were BFN though, we found them reliable with this IVF cycle and the BFP). Good luck 🤞

Hi, how did you get on?

Hey, unfortunately this was a chemical, I had a couple more positive tests and then I started bleeding fully a few days later.

so sorry OP, such a hard journey. Were you on any progesterone? Hope you are okay x

Such a hard journey for some!

and yes I was on progesterone suppositories twice a day, we also transferred our second embryo in May and I had progesterone injections and blood thinners- made it to 6.5 weeks but again sadly miscarried. We’re about to start our second round in the next couple of months so hoping for better outcomes this time (we only got two embryos from our first round).

Im so sorry. Did you do any investigations into Immune response and uterine health?
