Hi,
I'm starting my first cloned cycle soon and was instructed to take norethisterone around day 40 if I had not come on etc. I didn't come on and on day 41 I decided to take it. I've been taking it for 2 days now. I'm having a slight bit of right side tenderness I thought I'll do an OPK. And it's come up positive! Now I'm stressed, what do I do? I'm going to ring the fertility clinic tomorrow but just looking to see if this has happened to anyone else? Could it possibly be a false positive caused by the medication?
