What do I do next?

I am 17dp5dt and have started spotting so feel like I know where this is heading…I am just looking for some advice as to what I do next.

We have MFI, partner has a genetic condition which means his VD is missing.

First round aged 32 - 14 eggs, 9 mature, 0 fertilised.

We changed clinics and added in AOA on advice of consultant.

Second round aged 32 - 9 eggs, 6 mature, 4 fertilised and 4 top quality blastocysts.
1st fresh transfer -chemical at 5 weeks.
2nd transfer medicated FET - BFN
3rd transfer medicated FET - BFP, DD 2 years old. Progesterone was low and we added lubion.
4th transfer medicated FET - BFN. Added lubion.
Lining has always been around 8mm.

Third round aged 34 - 23 eggs, 16 mature, 6 top quality blastocysts.
5th transfer natural FET - possible chemical. Progesterone 65 on transfer day so remained on cyclogest x 2 per day. Lining around 9mm.

What do I do?! I don’t want to go ahead with another transfer if there’s possibly an issue with my uterus. Is it worth doing ERA/EMMA/ALICE? Adding steroids? Doxycycline?

I know how incredibly lucky we are to have our DD but I am desperate to give her a sibling. The financial and emotional implications are just really taking its toll.

Any advice would be much appreciated x

@Raggity19 sorry for your struggles! ❤️
Were they PGT tested? As grading do not reflect if genetically are correct.
We tested 6 embryos of good quality but all uneuploid (due to my age..).

Hi @TT82 thank you for your response!

No none have been tested - do you think we’ve just been unlucky with the 4 that haven’t taken so far?

@Raggity19 given my experience (i know it is age but still...none!) and reading the forums, problems with embryos due to egg or sperm quality is actually frequent. I know the chromosomal testing has plus and minuses..and some would say for, some against.. But with so many negatives or mc I would opt for testing. Of course the lining and uterus investigation good and needed too.. There are different icsi variations depending on the abnormality, they will have more information what is wrong. Maybe read/research and discuss with your dr.
If we go ahead with DE, I think I still want embryos tested....I cannot face more mc..so at least will start with a euploid embryo.

Good luck xx

I totally understand that, I cannot face it again either! Good luck to you too, and thank you again for your response xx
