Thanks. Team hope and team Z are same seem to be bad reviews for team Miracle but are they related I wonder? Or completely different

Pearlyy · 08/03/2024 18:38

Team hope and Team Z look same. I think they are a different clinic and the doctor is also different so not connected to Miracle clinic. Pls let me if you contact them and your thoughts.

@Pearlyy I am going with miracle Cyprus IVF by Dr F this is different from miracle IVF (crazy they have such similar names) my contact up to now has been great, I have just ordered my meds and start soon

Hi @camelinastorm
How is it going? Cam I ask the timeline between your consultants toon and treatment? How have you found miracle IVF?

camelinastorm · 01/07/2024 17:20

@Nomoreusernames82
I have found them great my coordinator was very helpful from starting conversation to starting meds was about 6 weeks (my choice could have been faster) I bout all my meds myself stupidly from stork at £1k I have for my second round sourced them cheeper from India of all places,
I received a very detailed chart of when to take what meds, and when my appointments would be, I started meds, arrived in Cyprus on cs 8, went to the clinic on cd 11 stims day 9 has a scan have great follicles, they told me what trigger shot to buy, it was about £30 from the local pharmacy, I arrived for egg collection all went great, I was out after about 2 hours, I had a update on how many mature eggs, they only tell you mature, they don't bother with small none mature ones. No updates for 5 days which I found great, on transfer day arrived for transfer has quite a wait but you are given a room so can relax, after transfer you lay down for 1 hour, they tell you what after meds to buy, they are about £300 for all of them lasting until 12 weeks. Unfortunately my first round failed, they were shocked, but I am going back in August.
Point to note, it is a very busy clinic, someone literally comes out of the op room as you are waiting to go in, Dr Firdevs is lovely though the team are very enthusiastic and I felt at ease, something ls feel a little old fashioned but it's normal, I've lived there before and this is just how it is.
I would definitely recommend using them

hi @@camelinastorm thank you so much for such a detailed and helpful response. I wish you all the best with your second round!!

camelinastorm · 01/07/2024 17:36

Thanks, if you need any advice I will try help, it was a much more relaxed approach and they give real advice, my UK clinic froze very very low grades that Cyprus said they would not have.

@camelinastorm hi hun - how did you get on with Dr. Firdevs ?? Were you successful and did you find them good as a clinic ? I’m debating them or dunya Cyprus xxx

camelinastorm · 26/03/2026 15:56

@Meg310532 yes I am currently 13 weeks with a singleton pregnancy, the clinic is lovely a little scary to many brits as it’s quite strange like in the transfer room you are in your own and walk down wait outside and someone who was before will be wheeled past, they clean and then you’re in also quite a few members of staff whilst you are laid therein not the best position and not well covered, I used to live over there so it’s the norm but many find it quite strange, but the staff and their knowledge is amazing, I would recommend staying on the Greek side and traveling over for appointments coastal if you go in the summer months and hire a car or Nicosia in the winter and you can just walk over the checkpoint and grab a taxi to the clinic

I’d watch and read the recent news articles and documentaries about this clinic and this doctor in particular ….

camelinastorm · 07/04/2026 12:37

@eastersundaes the documentary is references donor sperm and was at a different clinic, the one that was at miracle hasn’t even had any proof reference the donor she chose isn’t correct
