Does anyone have success stories from stem cell therapy or plasma therapy?
I am 36f and have DOR (AMH is 0.4 ng/l) and husband 36m has low count (7mil/ml) and low morphology (2%). We are a bad case I guess. My first 2 rounds of IVF last year were promising - got 3 embryos but none of them took. Since then, we have done 2 more rounds with nil embryos.
We are being told we could try many things:
- Long protocol (as what we have done so far is short/antagonist)
- Modified natural cycle ICSI
- Natural cycle ICSI
- Plasma therapy and stem cell therapy (to improve egg quality and quantity)
Does anyone have any experience of this kind of situation? Particularly has anyone had success with plasma therapy and/or stem cell therapy?
My AMH has gone down from 0.57 to 0.40 in just 12 months, so I am tempted by the plasma and stem cell therapy first (in the hope that it will then yield better IVF-ICSI results).
