Any tips and advise for egg collection

Hi all im due egg collection tomorrow morning and wanted to know what I should take with me to the hospital.

And any advise on what I should stock up on at home for post collection

Try to eat a high protein diet after egg collection and drink plenty of water and isotonic sport drinks to avoid any uncomfortable post collection symptoms.

Wear very comfy clothes. Something that doesn’t require much effort putting on. Very soft comfy socks. I have had an experience when I felt absolutely fine after and once when I was totally destroyed and in severe pain/vomiting. Make sure your partner drives or take a taxi after. I usually brought a banana and water with me. My clinic gives me biscuits and tea after the procedure. Bring pads as you will have mild bleeding.
