Has anybody had experience using ABC IVF?
I'm hoping to start treatment soon but would love to hear about others experiences before we commit. Sounds too good to be true when comparing to full price at create!

I’m with ABC IVF too! Started injections last night and had a day 3 scan this morning, tiny follicles so hoping they will start growing.
we’re 35 and ttc for 3 years. Unexplained infertility

Oh wow how exciting! I am hoping to start next month (which could be as soon as end of next week...), have my treatment consultation Tuesday.
Did you manage to do your own first jab?
Day 3 scan is so early... hopefully you'll see good growth at the next scan.

@mummytobe32 I got my husband to do the injections for me… although I was out yesterday and had to do it myself. I’ve not started cetrotide yet, I know the needles are bigger with that so yeaaa 😬

How are you getting on?
I have just done my second bemfola injection this evening and have my first treatment scan Friday

@mummytobe32 hey, how are you finding your injections?
I’ve had my egg collection yesterday, 6 eggs collected and had a call this morning to say 5 fertilised. Getting another call on Friday morning and hoping for a day 5 transfer on Sunday x

The bemfola injection is nowhere near as bad as I worried it would be. I'm quite nervous for my first scan in case nothing/not enough is happening.
Congratulations on 5 eggs fertilised! That's a really good number. I hope Friday's call is just as positive! How are you feeling after egg retrieval?

Yea bemfola is not bad at all. I was worried about cetrotide injections but honestly that wasn’t bad either. Hopefully all will be good for you on Friday!
Egg collection was fine.. loved the deep sedation, don’t remember a thing. Just remember waking up in recovery. My lower tummy is a bit sore and I’m bloated but nothing too bad 😊not liking the progesterone suppositories but again it has to be done x

I'm on 225 Bemfola and not heard of ABC going higher than that so guess my cycle might be cancelled if I don't respond... but I'm really trying not to disaster think. I'm feeling a little bloated already which is hopefully a good sign!
Glad you're not feeling poorly after egg collection. Are you booked in for a day 3 transfer provisionally?

I am looking into to starting IVF with my partner. We are torn between care fertility clinic. Create fertility clinic or ABC fertility clinic. Has anyone used any of these clinics and please can you advise which one is better. Thank you xx

Create and ABC are sister clinics. ABC is nurse led and Create is consultant led. In Leeds it's the exact same building, reception, waiting room etc. ABC is much cheaper than Create and they have stricter criteria for who they're able to accept.
No experience with Care unfortunately. Choosing a clinic is such a personal decision, hope you manage to make the right one for you.

I’m waiting for a call tomorrow morning to find out if we have a day 5 blastocyst to transfer 🤞🏼🥹
Had a call yesterday (day 3) to say I have one very good quality, one good and other 3 are average. They gave me the option to transfer one on day 3 but I opted to wait and see if they make it to day 5…

ABC is for more straightforward cases and its nurse led. Good luck with whichever clinic you choose x

Sorry for the late response, have been trying to distance myself from my phone as have become obsessed with looking up every little thing I was feeling and wasn't good!
Scans have been going well. Im in for egg collection tomorrow so hoping I get at least a few good eggs!
How was your day 5 update?

How are you all getting on? My meds have arrived and now I'm waiting for AF to arrive to begin so I can start - feels like it's taking forever though lol
