Hi, I'm hoping to start my first round of natural modified IVF this cycle. By way of background, I am 39 and have a very low AMH of 0.55. I had a day 4 scan and bloods yesterday. I had 3 follicles (which is good for me) but my estrogen came back as 44, which they said was too low to start stims. I'm being scanned and having bloods done again on Saturday to check again and won't start meds yet.
Does anyone have any experience of this and any potential solutions offered by their clinics? I'm worried this cycle will be cancelled when I've got a good number of follicles (for me) and worried that future cycles will be, as low estrogen is a symptom of diminished ovarian reserve.
