BFN - wait time before next FET?

Hi everyone,
i found out today our first ever FET ended in a BFN. I was expecting it as I had tested a few days ago (and had no symptoms apart from period pain!) but the blood test confirmed it :(
This was a natural modified cycle as my endometrial lining wasn’t thickening enough with provames previously so we had a few cancelled cycles prior to this ET.

My lining was not even 7mm this time (between 6,5 and 6.8) so maybe that is why our 5AA didn’t implant.
I also have chronic insomnia due to anxiety and stress over the whole situation so I’m sure that was a factor too!

What do people generally do afterwards - is it better to have one full cycle to rest before trying again or does this not make a difference to success rates?
Is the recommendation to rest more about emotional recovery time?
EC was in September so I haven’t been doing stims or heavily medicated recently.

We have three blasts (one is good according to PGTA really, the other two waiting for PGTA results)

Appreciate any advice from people in a similar situation.

I'm sorry about your result. Firstly your insomnia etc is highly unlikely to have made a jot of difference, so don't blame yourself one bit. Secondly the lining probably didn't either. In all likelihood it just wasn't a viable embryo, the majority aren't. Grading is a bit of a beauty contest and doesn't really mean a lot so don't feel despondent about the chances of your other ones. PGTA is also no guarantee. In terms of when to go again, there is no reason not to go straight into another cycle if you want to. It's an individual decision with some wanting space and time to breathe and others wanting to just crack on. Good luck with however you go forwards.
