Hi
I'm day 6 of a egg transfer and I'm experiencing mild cramps or twinges... any idea what this could mean
Don't want to get ahead of myself

In short it means absolutely nothing. Some people have cramps with a good outcome, some bad. Some have no cramps with a good outcome, some bad. It's really hard but try not to read into 'symptoms' - essentially there are none. Distraction is always my tactic while waiting for OTD, keep myself as busy as possible! Good luck :)
