Negative test

Hi all ..I am 12dpt5dft (I hope I got that right) I was told to test this morning and I have got a negative result. I have had no bleeding so I am just a bit baffled. Did anyone else have a false negative?
I used a boots test and thinking of going out to get a more sensitive one.

@aaaarti I would definitely get another test. Try a line test with a pink line (rather than a blue line) The First response tests are quite popular.

Are you taking any progesterone?
That can delay the period if the transfer was unsuccessful.

@beibikeiks There is a part of me that I am just clinging onto hope for no reason.
I am on a lot of progesterone-l - pessaries and injections.
Just feel so drained and done now x

@aaaarti Of course, that's very understandable ♥️ This is a super difficult process.

12 days past transfer is a bit later than I'm used to having a test date, but if the transfer was successful I think you should probably have a positive now (it's like you're 17DPO)

I'd take another test so you can be sure 🤞🤞🤞

I'm really sorry, at 12dp5dt you would have a positive by now if it had been successful, even on a standard test. When did your clinic tell you to test? It's not unusual for some people to not bleed until they stop the progesterone. Sending hugs, it's really tough, and wishing you better luck going forwards x
