Hi, I'm due to start my first treatment this month, my period is due next week so hoping for egg collection the week of the 19th. I'm also 43 next week, and doing this journey as a single person with the help of a sperm donor.
I was just wondering how many of you were also starting your journey this month, how you all feeling and whether any of you are in a similar position?

I am 41, in 2 month 42 🙈 Will be doing 3d (probably last) EC this month (well day of collection will be first week if March.
I have secondary infertility due to age, have 2 older kids but we always wanted 3.. I had 4 chemical pregnancies these 2 years, then over two EC we had 6 5d embryos but all PGTA uneuploid, so quality is the biggest issue. I have good AMH 17, last time collected 17 eggs, but unfortunately quantity doesn't not reflect quality.
We consulted a few different clinics in a few countries (I'm now in Europe not UK), and all said that nothing to change and move to donor egg.. My dr wants to try a bit more as she says good reserve and no need to rush.

When my AF arrives next week I will start downregg pill (the worst part of all cycle!!!)
I will start stimulation only like mid February

Hi @TT82, Good luck with your next round. Starting my stimulation tomorrow.
My AMH is also 17, but drs think I only have 5-6 follicles that could produce eggs as I has one of my ovaries removed 14 months ago after drs discover an 15 cm tumour.
