Fertility clinic - what to expect

Hello

I am looking for some advice.

We started TTC in January 2023, after 10/11 months (felt like forever) I fell pregnant but miscarried at 8 weeks.
I am TTC again and I am on my 4th cycle since the miscarriage.
It's now been a year since we first started.
I went for some baseline tests with a fertility clinic and all came back normal.
They have kept me on their list until June this year.
I am planning on going back in a few months if I do not fall pregnant by then.

Obviously I know they may consider IVF. But what other options might they suggest before this is tried?

Just want to know my options x

@baby197 hi, has your partner had a semen analysis done also? A lot of people seem to focus on getting female tests but male factor issues are just as common. I would start with that if you haven’t already

He's already had that. All came back normal 😊

@baby197 oh that’s good you’ve had that done too. Sorry I can’t help too much with other options but there are some really knowledgeable ladies here who will have great info I’m sure!

I would ask for a hycosy to check the tubes , a hysteroscopy to check the uterus and a 3d ultrasound. Did they check your hormone levels AMH and AFC? I would add the clotting disorders on the list.
Also, if possible you should sk for a dna defragmentation test for him.

I have had the hcosy and my hormone levels checked but I don't recall an ultrasound.
Thank you for the advice 😊
