Supplements to improve sperm count?

Just that really. Partner has very low sperm count in every parameter due to a varicocele. He is being referred for surgery but on the NHS so will probably be at least a year waiting if not more I can imagine. We have been TTC baby number 2 now for 8 months. Our first baby was conceived via IVF. I had a very early miscarriage in October which makes me think it could happen naturally. Just need to improve the sperm. I am 27 so going to give it a full 2 years of trying before moving onto IVF again. I also never ovulated before so we could never properly "try" but now have monthly cycles.
Any suggestions for supplements please?

@Elisabeth3468 Hello, as far as I’m aware coq10 & zinc can help on the male side. Best of luck.

@Elisabeth3468 pine bark, also known as Pycnogenol. My DH had low morphology, count and motility and the difference from his first sperm test to his one 3 months later was incredible. Expensive but totally worth it. Solgar is generally a really great brand (direct or Holland and Barrett). Just be careful of buying from third party sellers from Amazon! We ended up getting pregnant and cancelling our IVF xxx
