There may be a few threads like this so apologies for creating another one.

I was just wondering if anyone has any advise and tips (concrete or otherwise) for me regarding what to eat and when to eat it.

Anything I should have in particular during injection stage

What can help with egg quality now

What to eat or drink during the process to help the lining eggs and everything else and what stage to have certain foods/drinks

Im waffling so I shall leave it here thank you all in advance

Hi @Sherr33

Based on tons of stuff I read, but with no idea of what might have made any difference, this is what I had done for my fresh transfer that worked...

All throughout: no alcohol, caffeine, or soy, Mediterranean diet, reduced refined sugar, at least 2 litres of water a day, and some bone broth.

During stims: high protein (30% of daily intake) for egg quality and pomegranate juice for lining.

After egg collection: After high fibre (plant-based), pineapple core, beetroot, watermelon and ginger juice, chia and flax seeds.

Very best of luck with your cycle!

@beachbum85 thank you!

When you say bone broth how do you make the broth?

Im going to start incorporating these into diet slowly. I'm not sure i can fully go Mediterranean as I don't have many recipes that I know of and my partner prefers his dishes the way they are. :-/

@Sherr33 tbh I bought the bone broth ready made, but I hear it's pretty easy to make with chicken or other meat bits and some veg.

I think the important thing to eat balanced and as least processed as possible, I wouldn't drive myself crazy. We are both from Mediterranean countries so it was easy for us
