Sperm dna fragmentation results - fine or borderline?

So my DH got his sperm dna fragmentation results back last night:

Average sperm dna fragmentation: 27% (<31% apparently = fertile range)

High fragmentation: 6% (<7% = fertile range)

I know in theory I should be happy with these, but I feel I have seen other users post different ranges for the same COMET test (eg fertile range is actually 0-26% and 0-4% respectively) so I’m a bit confused. Google seems to throw up all sorts of different studies, many of which say you want average fragmentation ideally under 20%.

Maybe I’m just grasping at straws, but I always feel like our test results are always just fine but never great. My DH’s morphology is 4% (so borderline) and motility is 42%, both of which are just technically normal.

Has anyone been in a similar position or can shed some guidance (even if it’s just telling me to relax and stop over analysing?!)
