Severe MFI - Supplement and Diet Success Stories

My partner has low results in all areas. Count was 680k/ml at the last SA and 900k at the one before. Morph was 2% and motility was borderline at 32%.

We changed our diet during 2023 but we also held off on trying for 6 months due to wanting to move house. My partner wouldn't take any supplements as he didn't believe in them.. but now after nearly 2 and a half years of trying, he started taking proceive max men in October, with extra CoQ10, Omega 3, Zinc and Ashwaganda. He's also just started a really healthy diet and eating lots of fish and nuts. When I looked at his diet, although it was "healthy" before, he didn't eat fruit or barely any veg, so that's changed now.

We are going to do another SA in March time to see if anythings changed. I'm not under any illusion that we are going to have normal figures or even close to normal, but I just want to see if anyone has had any increases with supplements and diet.

We will be going through the NHS soon, but I need to lose a stone to get my BMI below 30. 😊

P.s I do ovulate on my own, have had numerous blood tests to confirm, have regular cycles, do have endo but only stage 1, had laparoscopy in July 23 and they confirmed it wasn't around my reproductive parts so no reason for infertility due to the endo. I do have insulin resistance (without PCOS) and started taking inositol which makes my ovulation a lot stronger so going to continue this! Any advice, old wives tails or anything else will be gratefully received!

Oh, and Happy New Year!

Your DH should see a urologist. He could have a variocele or an infection that is causing his low numbers.
