Growth hormone

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has any experience of the use of growth hormones in conjuction with IVF. Our IVF doctor says there is research to suggest it has better odds in preventing miscarriage but I've yet to really look into it. At another £750, we're erring on the side of not getting it unless it really looks worth it. Thanks!

Both my successful cycles (resulting in children) had HGH added into them - our first child took 10 full cycles and an additional 4 transfers so I don’t know whether that was the factor that swung it or whether our number just came up - but it only took three transfers for our second (one was MMC due to chromosomal issues) so I will definitely be using it when we go back for our third.

I am about to start cycle two but had two miscarriages in my first cycle and sometimes I don't know how much fight I have in me. I am an average responder (12 eggs resulting in 4 embryos in cycle 1) but it is the miscarriages that our doctor is prescribing HGH for. So wonderful to hear that you now have your two little ones!
