Does anyone have any experience with London Women’s Clinic for IVF?

Husband and I are 30 years old, have our first consultation for IVF in Feb 2024
We have seen mixed reviews about the clinic ?

@CEllenx yes!

We used Londons Women's Clinic in Canterbury for scans and then the Harley Street clinic for the main bits.

We used Kind IVF for secondary fertility and can't really fault them- we did one round. 8 eggs collected ended up with 1 fresh transfer and two on ice and happy to say I'm currently 14 weeks 🥳

Any questions I'm happy to answer- wishing you the best of luck on this crazy journey!

I'm also with LWC. I've had 1 EC and due to have an FET soon. My consultant is very honest, which I like, and the nurses have been lovely. I've found them very efficient and helpful so far - no complaints from me!

Also, one thing to add is that all scans are done by your consultant and it will always be the same person, unless of course they're on holiday etc. I hear a lot of clinics are nurse led (ie the nurses do the scans) - LWC is consultant led which I like. You'll then have nurse appointments to talk through the medication. Good luck! x

I totally recommend LWC. I had 3 failed transfers at a different clinic then decided to move to LWC and they were amazing. I’m now currently 14 weeks pregnant.

Mine was actually nurse led at LWC, I think it depends which package you go for- with Kind IVF it's only £2750 and I guess this is where some of the savings come from. That being said I had the same nurse consultant each time and it's all overseen by a consultant 😊

@JazBag oh interesting!! I'm on the multi cycle package and all consultant lead. The nurses have been fab so far at my clinic too!

Congrats @Brit22 - so lovely to hear!! I'm hoping for good things with them in 2024! x
