Evening all

I'm currently on day 9 of ovaleap 225 dose in the mornings. We have selected to have PGT testing due to being 39, my question is how long does it roughly take? Egg collection booked for next Wednesday.

We had egg collection for PGT 9 days ago. We were updated this week with how many are able to be tested and told we should hear within 2-3 weeks x

@Munchies30 thanks for the response, so you've waited your 5 days as normal for the embryos to develop. Then you waited another 4 days to be told it's going to be another 2-3 weeks until the results are back? So it sounds like over a month wait from the egg collection. Damn I was hoping to know before Christmas.

Sorry for the confusion- we were given the final number on day 6 and told it would be 2-3 weeks from there. Think our last round, we were given the results closer to 2 weeks rather than 3.
Fingers crossed that due to some clinics being shut over Christmas, they'll get the results back to you before Christmas xx

My clinic calls with results 10-14 days (depending on weekends) after they took a biopsy. Which is usually on 5d after egg collection and fertilisation.

just call your clinic and ask how long till you hear from them.

Thank you all! I'm going in for a scan tomorrow anyway so be ask ahead of the egg collection on Wednesday.

Any success stories, did you get pregnant after your embryos were tested? X

Our results took exactly two weeks to come through. We sent seven off and three came back normal.

Ps - we only sent the embryos off that got to day 5 x

And yes I'm currently almost 35 weeks pregnant

We have a lively 2 year old from a tested embryo. We've also had 2 failed transfers from healthy embryos unfortunately x

Oh wow thanks for your replies! Egg collection is tomorrow and I honestly feel so bloated I'll be glad to get these follicles drained . Apparently my clinic says wait up to four weeks, agony! This will hopefully be a sibling for our DD (also ivf).
