@Cloverhoof1234 Hey. I have just started Clomid 50mg, and on my first cycle. Period is due around 1st March (really hoping it doesn't come) !! I have been trying for around 1 year 6 months now and nothing. I'm 36, I have had all tests done, but it came back that I was low in Progesterone, so my consultant put me on 3 months Clomid, and if unsuccessful I will do IVF (hoping it doesn't come to that)
When I had a scan back in July 2023 to check everything was in tact down there, I had a cyst which they said was on the outside of my ovaries, and nothing to worry about. But when I went for my scan recently (to check the clomid is working) they said the cyst was still there and had got bigger and to stop clomid until it's looked at again!
Without sounding horrible, it's a really draining process isn't it, it's almost like loads of obstacles are put in the way! Just as I think I'm getting somewhere starting Clomid, they are now telling me to stop because of the cyst, that they claimed was ok 6 months ago!
My sister in law had PCOS and was on Clomid, she fell pregnant on first cycle. And my auntie had a cyst (similar to mine) and was also low in Progesterone, and she also fell pregnant first time taking clomid - so yes there is hope! We just gotta keep trying!

@babybum @Optimistic66 hope your cycles go well.
I've been on the LOCI trial so don't know whether I had clomid or letrozole. It worked in the fact that it regulated my cycles but haven't fallen pregnant. No side affects to point up other that hot flushes but was manageable.
Keep us posted on your cycles and look forward to hearing some positive news.
