Is this normal from fertility clinic? (No contact)

My NHS funding approval letter was sent to my chosen clinic on 10th October. Since then I’ve not received any communication from them - when I ring them, they always tell me that someone will contact me within the next few days but no one ever does.
It’s been almost 7 weeks now, what are people’s experiences with wait time at this point? I wish I chose another clinic to be honest :(

My experience is from a private clinic, but I've always find you need to chase them a huge amount to get communication / get things moving. Going through fertility treatment is like taking on an additional job with all the admin and phone calls involved (at least in my experience). Hopefully you hear from them soon.
