Changing Progesterone Time

Hi I was hoping to change my progesterone times from 7 and 7 to 10 and 10. Different nurses have given me different answers about changing the time I take it. One said I can gradually change another said I have to keep at same time.

Has anyone done this before? I am on Utrogestan twice daily and then lubion at 9pm every day.

I have my BFP and don't want to risk it by changing times if this will have negative impact leaving for more than 12 hours.

I work shifts including nights and so my timings have never been exactly same every day and it hasn’t affected me. I’m 9weeks pregnant.
