Reduced AFC after Chemical Pregnancy

I turned 41 last month and was just told that my AMH was 0.3 and AFC was 2. I was in such a state and have been crying since 😢 I had a CP following a failed FET in August and my cycles have been totally messed up since. I've had three periods after the CP, only one of them with ovulation. My cycles were pretty regular before that with positive OPK every time so can't help but think that it has to be related to the CP.

My AFC in June and July were both 7 so I am in a complete shock to be told that they can only see 2 now. I didn't check AMH at that time as it was an FET cycle using the embryo created 3 years ago. Back then, my AMH was 9.8. I just can't stop thinking that my CP has messed up my cycles which caused lower AFC.

I might be clutching at straws but I need some hope right now.. Anyone with similar experiences?

I'm sorry for your loss ❤️ it could be your hormones are still out of whack after the loss. Do you need to create more embryos or do you still have frosties?
We had bad news about dh's sperm a few weeks ago after previously having no male factor issues (we've got a long infertility and recurrent loss history but all pointing towards me). It does feel like an upward battle.

I have low amh, so we're with Create and they focus on fewer eggs, it might be worth exploring? Sending love, x

@Pineapplecake15 hello. I know you posted this a few weeks ago but wondering if you'd done anymore research on this? I'm so sorry to hear about your CP, that must have been really difficult.

I had a scan yesterday which showed just 2 follicles. This is following a miscarriage (naturally conceived) in august. I'm 38. The sonographer was surprised to see my AFC was so low... I'm worried they'll say my AFC is too low to do ivf...
any information you can share would be hugely appreciated xx
